Connemara, Galway - Dan

Dan is the main man running our dark sky sauna in Renvyle. He's big into breathwork, sea swimming, saunas and the odd Himalayan mountain hike.  

Wexford - Carol and Dara

Carol and Dara run the sauna from Baginbun in Wexford. Carol mixes it up with her Yoga on the beach and essential oils saunas, and Dara with his Exercise Physiology practice working with hurling and football teams. 

 General gopher and founder - Chris

Chris started sweathouse.ie in 2019 after years of dilly-dallying in saunas and cold water in the Nordic area.  He is into all things water, wellness, personal development and saunas.
