Experience the Atlantic ocean, mountain lakes and spring rivers in a new way in our ecological, outdoor saunas. Enjoy temperatures of between 60 and 100 degrees in the sauna, and then air-cooling or water-cooling when the heat gets too much. And just repeat.

Couples, families or friend pods

We rent by the seat on a social drop-in basis, and also rent the entire sauna to private groups.  Times available based on schedule and locations. 
Locations: Connemara, other spots in Galway, Wexford, primarily Bagínbun. 
 

DROP-IN PRIVATE

Flexi daytime

We take drop-by bookings if we have room in the sauna, and if it is not booked for a private group.  Please check our Bookings panel for available times and to get a slot.

Special saunas

We do a number of specialised saunas such as Silent sessions, Essential oils saunas, Beach Yoga & Sauna, Dark Sky Saunas and more. These add another dimension to your sweat session and are always very appreciated.
