FAQ - Taking a sauna with us
Do I have to swim?
The short answer is no, you don't have to swim. You can just air-cool outside when the sauna gets too hot, then re-enter when it suits. For those who love sea-swimming going from the sea to the sauna adds another dimension entirely to your swimming routine. And (ssshh...) it makes it much easier to get into the water.

What about the weather?
We are extremely careful when it comes to safety and monitor weather reports and recommendations to steer when we are out, as well as checking practically the local conditions. If it is too dangerous with high wind or seas then we will be in contact to reschedule bookings. It is rare that we need to cancel though.

What about if I need to cancel?
We operate a 7-day cancellation policy where we must receive the cancellation no later than 7 days before a booking. In mitigating circumstances we can reschedule a booking for you.
